By accessing and using Cosmic Vault services (including Numerology readings, consultations, and the purchase of physical remedies), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Cosmic Vault offers digital astrological/numerological reports, personal consultations, and physical items (e.g., gemstones). All digital reports and consultations are for spiritual and personal growth purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional financial, medical, or legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information (e.g., Date of Birth, Full Name) for accurate readings.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or book a consultation.
• Any physical items shipped to you require a complete and accurate delivery address.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card details. Full payment is required before the delivery of digital reports or physical dispatch of products.

5. Shipping Policy

For physical products (remedies/gemstones), orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 5-7 business days across India.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cosmic Vault and Dr. Pawan Kumar Pandey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
