• Personal Data: Your name, email address, phone number, and Google Profile details (when logging in via Google Auth).
• Astrological Data: Your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth required specifically to generate accurate Kundli and Numerology reports.
• Palm Images: If you use the free Palm Snapshot, your left/right photos are processed temporarily to check image quality and return the preview. If you purchase a palmistry report, the photos, image-quality metadata and report observations needed to prepare that report are stored in a private, order-scoped location.
• Shipping Data: Your physical address strictly for delivering purchased remedies/gemstones.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively to:

• Provide personalized Numerology and Kundli readings.
• Prepare a brief preview or an AI-assisted traditional palmistry report after your explicit image-processing consent.
• Process payments and deliver physical products.
• Maintain your personal dashboard with your order history and cosmic profile.

3. Data Protection and Sharing

We value your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Preview images are processed transiently and are not retained as a report; paid-report images are stored in private order-scoped Firebase Storage paths and are not used to train our models or for marketing without separate consent. We do not publish raw images. All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, utilizing 256-bit encryption. We do not store your banking or card details on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (by Google) for secure database storage and authentication, and Razorpay for payment processing. Both providers adhere to strict international security standards.

5. Your Rights
